Storyline:
"Thor: Ragnarok" is a 2017 superhero film based on the Marvel Comics character Thor. It is the third installment in the Thor film series and the seventeenth film in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU). The movie was directed by Taika Waititi and stars Chris Hemsworth as Thor, Tom Hiddleston as Loki, Mark Ruffalo as the Hulk, Tessa Thompson as Valkyrie, and Cate Blanchett as Hela.
The film follows Thor as he tries to prevent the destruction of his home world Asgard, which is threatened by his sister Hela, the Goddess of Death. In order to save Asgard, Thor must confront Hela and stop her from using her powers to unleash Ragnarok, the prophesied end of Asgardian civilization.
